How it Works

I’m excited to make your occasion even sweeter!
A few things before we get started:

Pick up or delivery is available.

Pick-up location is in Post Falls, ID

All cookies are individually wrapped

Custom Order Request:

We will contact you within 1-3 business days (M-F) regarding your Custom Order Request to confirm availability for the due date you provide.

Upon confirmation of availability with the details provided I will send a mock up of the order and price quote for the cookie set.

When the order is finalized you will receive a copy of the invoice with all the information discussed.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

*** Please note you will not be scheduled until payment is complete.

Refunds are only granted with a minimum of two weeks notice.

Mama Durf’s releases responsibility once the order is signed for and picked up.

Please note we ask for at least a 2 week notice for custom orders however, we can sometimes accommodate last minute orders

(it never hurts to check!)

If the order is due in 1 weeks time there will be a 15%

rush fee included into the price.
